Sandy Wren Hired as MC Cheerleading Coach

CLINTON, MS - Mississippi College athletic director Mike Jones has announced the hiring of Sandy Wren as the new cheerleading coach.
Sandy comes to MC after spending three years as a Regional Field Manager at Novaquest/Quintiles. The past 10 years has been spent in the field of pharmaceutical sales dating back to September 2000.
Wren spent one year at Pearl River Community College where she was the Director of Student Activities, Intramurals, and Cheerleading.
Sandy spent two seasons as a cheerleader at Mississippi College where she was part of the 1994 and 1995 National Championship squads.
Wren then transferred to the University of Southern Mississippi where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Recreation with an Emphasis in Exercise Science. Sandy was also a part of the cheerleading squad at Southern Miss for two years.
Sandy has been married to Tom Wren of Raymond, MS for 10 years. Together they have a son, Chalon (2).
