KANSAS CITY, Mo.--- Joshua Davies and Noah Wagner have both earned United Soccer Coaches All-South Region selections, as announced on Tuesday, Nov. 29th. Davies as a first team selection, while Wagner picked up second team honors.

Joshua Davies (a junior defender out of Southampton, England) is now a unanimous first team All-South Region selection as he also picked up the same honor from the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) earlier this year. He helped lead one of the best defensive units in the Gulf South Conference. He also scored two goals on the season. Davies also played 1,398 minutes on the season, which was the most on MC's squad by over 200 minutes. Davies was previously a third team USC All-South Region selection in 2019. He was also named GSC Defensive Player of the Year this year, as well as being a 1st team All-GSC selection.

Noah Wagner (a senior forward from Corpus Christi, Texas) picks up his second All-South Region honor of the year. He was also a first team All-South Region selection according to the D2CCA. Wagner led MC in goals this season with 10. Those 10 goals were also the second most in the GSC. Wagner was the first player in the conference to reach double-digit goals on the season. Wagner's 20 points on the season was also tied for second most in the GSC (while leading the way for MC). Wagner was previously a 1st team All-GSC pick this year.

The United Soccer Coaches All-America teams will be announced on Thursday, Dec. 1st.
