posted an 8K best time of 27:26.8 at the NCCAA Cross Country Championships.

Track
competed in eight meets during the season… opened up the season with a time of 16:22.75 in the 5000 meters at the Emory CrossPlex Invitational on Jan. 24… posted personal bests in the 800 meters (2:10.05), 1500 meters (4:19.63), mile (4:42.79), 5000 meters (15:55.98) and the 10,000 meters (32:43.97).

2014-15
Cross Country
ran in six meets during the season…recorded a personal-best 27:21.8 at the NCCAA National Championships…added a 21:32.73 at the Delta State Invite 6K.
 
Track
posted a season best time of 16:22.28 in the 5,000 meters at the MC Season Opener...recorded season bests at the Rhodes Invitational in the mile (4:49.84) and the 800 meters (2:17.03)...garnered a time of 9:31.98 in the 3,000 meters at the South Alabama Invite.

2013-14
Cross Country
ran in five meets during the season…recorded a season-best time of 28:57.02 at the Choctaw Open…Added a 17:46.00 in the MC Season Opener 5K.

Track
posted a season best time of 9:51.45 in the 3,000 meters at the Southern Miss Invite...recorded a best time of 16:13.62 in the 5,000 meters at the Rhodes Invitational...garnered a time of 4:40.26 in the 1,500 meters at the Millissippi College Relays.

BEFORE MISSISSIPPI COLLEGE
ran at St. Joseph Catholic School for David Wissel...a three-time, all-state performer in cross country...named all-region in 2011...on the track, district, regional, south state and state champion in 2012 and 2013...state champion runner-up in 1600 meters in 2012...named best distance runner award in 2012-2013...recipient of 2013 Tommy Wolf Sportsmanship Award.
