Bailey had an impressive debut season in 2023 for the Lady Choctaws, with an ERA of 2.64 and a WHIP of 1.16, in the circle. She tied the school record with 24 wins, with an overall record of 24-7 in her 41 appearances, including 29 starts. She completed 14 games and recorded 4 shutouts. Bailey also contributed as a closer, earning 2 saves throughout the season. In a total of 177.1 innings pitched, she allowed 160 hits and only 67 earned runs. She issued 45 walks while striking out an impressive 105 batters. Bailey limited extra-base hits, surrendering 24 doubles, 4 triples, and 17 home runs in 667 at-bats against her. Led MC to a school record 42 wins and 24 wins in GSC play. Helped the Lady Choctaws earn their highest ranking in school history at #14 nationally in the NFCA Coaches Poll, while also leading MC to the NCAA Division II Regionals in Tampa, Fla.
