Basketball Series Against Delta State Postponed

CLINTON, Miss. --- Due to weather issues, campus closures and testing protocols, this weekend's basketball series between Mississippi College and Delta State (Men and Women) have been postponed with no reschedule dates available yet.

The Lady Choctaws were originally scheduled to play their final home games of the season on Friday (Feb. 19) and Saturday (Feb. 20). MC is now scheduled to wrap up the regular season next weekend when they travel to Huntsville, Ala. to face UAH (Feb. 26-27).

The Choctaws were set to travel to Cleveland for a two-game set with DSU on Friday (Feb. 19) and Saturday (Feb. 20). MC, which has not played since Jan. 30, is now scheduled to wrap up the regular season at home next weekend when they host nationally-ranked UAH in Clinton (Feb. 26-27).
 

Mississippi College is a private Christian university located in Clinton, Mississippi with an enrollment of over 5,000 students. MC recently finished their transition process back to NCAA Division II and the Gulf South Conference and began competing for conference and national championships in the 2016-17 academic year.
 
The athletic department sponsors 18 intercollegiate athletic programs: Baseball, Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Cross Country, Football, Men's and Women's Golf, Men's and Women's Soccer, Softball, Men's and Women's Tennis, Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field, Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field and Volleyball.
