CLINTON, Miss. --- Due to expected inclement weather in the area this weekend, the Mississippi College softball series against Shorter University has been moved up to a Friday-Saturday three-game series.

The teams will now play a doubleheader on Friday (April 12) at 2:00 p.m. with the series finale on Saturday (April 13) at 11:00 a.m. all at the MC Softball Complex.

The Lady Choctaws come into the game with a 31-10 record overall and a 13-7 Gulf South Conference mark. The Hawks are 15-24 with an 8-15 record in the league.
