Ashlynd Madden's top individual performance at 221, including a second-round 67. This win marks the team's second victory of the season.

The Choctaws claimed victory at the Invitational, finishing with a total score of 901 over three rounds. The team led the field after a strong second round of 291, followed by a 310 in the final round, securing a substantial 56-stroke lead over Christian Brothers, who finished second.

Madden performed notably, shooting a final score of 221. Her standout second round of 67 was the lowest of any player in the tournament, and the event marked her first individual title of the campaign.

Sofia Mendez also delivered a strong performance, finishing with a total of 225. She opened with an even-par 72 and maintained consistency with rounds of 76 and 77.
Sydney Moss completed the tournament with a score of 226, improving each round to conclude with a 74 in the final round.
Allie Myers rounded out the top performers for MC with a score of 229, tied for fourth overall.
Suwanna McPhee shot a 161 (+17) over the first two rounds.

MC turns its attention to the Gulf South Conference Tournament on Monday, Apr. 20. The three-day event will be played April 20-22 at the GreyStone Golf Club in Dickson, Tenn.
