CLINTON, Miss. --- Mississippi College women's golfers
Ashlynd Madden and
Sydney Moss were named to the All-Gulf South Conference Team, a first for the program, as announced by the conference office on Wednesday, Apr. 29.

It is the third consecutive campaign the Choctaws have placed a person on the all-conference list and the first time two have received the honor in the same season.

Madden, a sophomore from Spanish Fort, Ala., is on the team for the second straight year as she earned second team accolades in 2025. This is the first for Moss, who transferred to MC after a season at Stephen F. Austin.

Moss played in 26 rounds during the season, grabbed an individual title at the Hal Sutton Invitational and finished with a trio of top three finishes, including a second-place finish at the Emerald Coast Collegiate and third at the Lee and Joe Duncan Invitational, and 254-144-15.

Madden also recorded 26 rounds of action and won the Duncan Invitational. She finished with a 288-117-8 record.

The duo led MC to a fifth-place finish at the GSC Championship in Dickson, Tenn. Moss posted a top 10 finish with a three-day score of 228 while Madden placed in the top 20 with a 234.
